Is the platform free or paid?
Both, depending on who does the work. There are two paths, and mixing them up is the main source of confusion:
- You build it yourself. Register on this site, on shopnseo.ru or on any community server, take the Start tier and run your page or subdomain yourself. This is free, and it is not a trial that expires.
- A studio does it for you. Design, development, content and support are professional work with a price. The partner studios do not work for free, and we would rather say so plainly than advertise «free» and invoice later.
What do the studios charge?
The three partner studios share one price list for platform work, in Russian roubles: Start — 100 000 ₽ once, then 5 000 ₽ per month; Standard — 300 000 ₽ / 10 000 ₽ per month; Business and Creative — 1 000 000 ₽ / 50 000 ₽ per month; Server — negotiated per project. Exclusive brand design is priced separately by kb77.ru: 1 000 000 ₽ for a brand identity created from scratch together with the site design, or 300 000 ₽ when an identity already exists. What does the monthly fee cover?
Keeping the site alive and moving: updates, backups, availability, fixing what breaks, and small changes. It is not a licence fee for the software — an installed site keeps running whether or not you pay anyone a monthly retainer.
Do I pay for the software itself?
No. The software is developed and distributed by the HILDUS foundation. What costs money is a machine to run it on and, if you want it, someone else's labour.
If I host a server, what can I charge my members?
Whatever you decide, with one rule: the Start tier stays free on every server. Above that — what Standard costs, what Business costs, whether you discount or bundle — is yours to set, and the revenue is yours to keep. See the platform and server FAQ.
Do you take a percentage of sales or advertising?
No. There is no revenue share anywhere in the model, and no advertising is injected into your pages by us.
