This policy covers shopnseo.com — the showcase site of the Shopnseo platform. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
What We Collect
- Account data. If you register a cabinet account, we store the username and email address you provide, and a hash of your password (never the password itself).
- Session cookies. The site sets technical cookies needed for login sessions and form security (CSRF protection). We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
- Server logs. Like every website, our servers keep standard access logs (IP address, requested page, time) for security and troubleshooting.
How We Use It
Your email is used to send the account confirmation link and password-reset messages — nothing else. We do not send marketing mail you did not ask for, and we do not sell or share your data with anyone.
Where It Lives
Account data is stored on the platform's own servers in the European Union. Transactional email is sent through the platform's own mail infrastructure.
Your Choices
You can change your profile data in the cabinet at any time. To have your account and its data deleted, write to info@shopnseo.com from the registered address — we delete on request, without a quiz.
Independent Community Servers
The Shopnseo platform is also installed by independent server owners. Each community server is operated by its own host, who is responsible for the data of that community. This policy covers shopnseo.com only.
